Yes, you can be tri ready by August. ...Great job!! Yes, you can be tri ready by August. That's plenty of time. Remember, you don't have to be fast, you don't have to run the entire run (you can do a run/walk), you just have to finish. Even if you don't know how to swim you enough time to learn.

If you want a training plan to follow you can go to beginnertriathlete.com and find a "couch to sprint" training plan. You have to register for a free account, then click on "Training Plans" and scroll through the free ones. There all different ones based on how many days a week you want to do each sport, what sports you want to focus on, etc. But you have MORE THAN ENOUGH time. Yay!! Triathlons are so fun.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03397688383690372206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7037162700450215577.post-20038602826181902652008-10-11T08:39:00.000-07:002008-10-11T08:39:00.000-07:00I love your dog's name is Porter.I love your dog's name is Porter.Al's CL Reviewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05554609401299091200noreply@blogger.com
