It was ...I had to change the way I looked at food. It was probably the biggest thing learned in all of training last year - all calories are NOT created equal AND food = fuel. YOU are responsible for a good workout and you're only going to get out of it what you put IN (literally). I had to workout 2x/day most days so I was ~10 hours from my next workout. That meant eating 'good' around the clock.
